Anil was a part of the first group of few people who joined Magnetti Marelli Thermal Systems when it started its operations in India. He did a wonderful job of setting up the function & steering the same to start delivering results fast. Always took lead in new initiatives (irrespective of what function it belonged to ) & always extended complete support to everyone during the startup. A good guide and a very helpful colleague.
